Mentee’s - you can gain first-hand experience to help guide you in the next steps in your career or simply explore what roles are out there!  

Mentors – you get the opportunity to hear from those starting out or changing their careers, about what is important to them and the issues they’re currently facing.

FAQ’s 

Am I a mentee or mentor?  

Mentee – Looking for support, someone with less experience and seeking guidance to reach their professional goals.  

Mentor – Someone with more experience and offering support to help someone professionally develop in their career 

Next steps 

• Register for the event as a Mentor or Mentee. You will receive a Zoom link to join the session 24 hours before.  
• On the day, log into Zoom for a brief introduction and before being allocated to break-out rooms with 2-3 mentees and 1 mentor (One to one sessions dependent on the number of participants) 
• Chat for 20 minutes and then mentors will be automatically moved into a new breakout room for a new conversation. Each participant will experience two different breakout rooms.
