What happens after global fame - and how a woman reinvents success on her own terms while changing the system she came through...
After decades in the spotlight as one of the most recognisable voices of British pop, Natasha Hamilton is entering a bold new chapter - one defined not only by music, but by purpose, leadership and change.
Best known as being a member of Atomic Kitten, the chart-topping girl band that helped define a generation, Natasha rose to international fame with global hits that firmly cemented her place in British pop culture.
Now, in 2026, Natasha is redefining what life after superstardom can look like.
Pivoting from global performer to entrepreneur and founder, she is using her experience, platform and voice to reshape the future of the music industry for positive for the next generation of artists.
As Founder of Morpho Records, Natasha is building a label with a clear mission: to nurture and protect and create a music industry that cares. Rooted in her own lived experience, the business prioritises artist development, wellbeing, mentorship and long-term support at its heart - challenging traditional industry models and championing a more human approach to talent.
Her journey from global star to purpose-led businesswoman speaks directly to a wider conversation around female empowerment, reinvention and leadership after success.
Natasha recently brought this evolution to life with a standout performance at the Northern PoWEr Women Awards (the largest celebration of Gender Equality in Europe) at Manchester Central, where more than 1,000 leaders, changemakers and organisations gathered to celebrate the event’s 10th anniversary and its ongoing mission to advance gender equality and social progress.
Her appearance was a standout moment of the evening - reconnecting audiences with the artist they know while introducing the founder and change-maker she has become.
The evening also marked a significant milestone for the movement, with Simone Roche MBE, Founder of We Are PoWEr, announcing a remarkable £12.3 million in social value generated, underlining the scale of collective impact being driven across the North.
Hear Natasha talk directly on this as she joins Simone Roche MBE on the latest episode of the We Are PoWEr podcast, where she speaks candidly about life beyond global fame, motherhood, resilience and how those experiences are shaping her mission to create a better future for emerging artists.
The episode explores a powerful question with growing cultural relevance: What comes next after global stardom — and how can women use success, experience and adversity to build lasting change?
